Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TranzHelp website. By accessing the site, creating an account or using the service, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions of access to and use of the TranzHelp website and service, an online service providing information and analysis of financial data (stock and cryptocurrency markets). The sale of paid subscriptions is governed by separate Terms of Sale.
2. Acceptance and changes
Using the site and creating an account constitute full acceptance of these Terms. The publisher may amend them at any time to reflect changes to the service or to the applicable regulations; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of access. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
3. Access to the service
Access requires an internet connection and, for restricted areas, an account. Some features require a paid subscription (see the Terms of Sale). The publisher endeavours to keep the service available but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access; it may suspend the service for maintenance, updates or security reasons.
4. User account
Accounts are created through our authentication provider. The user undertakes to provide accurate information, to keep their credentials confidential and remains responsible for all activity carried out from their account. The account is strictly personal.
5. Nature of the service — not investment advice
The information, analyses, scores, indicators and content provided are purely informational and educational. They constitute neither investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation, nor an inducement to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or crypto-asset. TranzHelp is not a registered financial investment adviser. The user is solely responsible for their decisions; all investment carries a risk of capital loss.
6. Acceptable use
The user must refrain in particular from: any unlawful use or use contrary to public order; the automated extraction, collection or reproduction of content and data (scraping); circumventing security measures or the paywall; reselling or redistributing the data and analyses; any infringement of intellectual property rights; and any action likely to disrupt the operation of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its content, its design, its code and the analysis methods implemented are protected and remain the exclusive property of the publisher (see the Legal notice). The user is granted a strictly personal, non-commercial right of use, excluding any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation. Market data and news remain the property of their respective providers.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which the user is invited to read.
9. Liability
The service is provided for information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for financial losses, for decisions made on the basis of the information provided, for errors, delays or unavailability of data supplied by third-party providers, nor for any indirect damage arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
In the event of a breach of these Terms, the publisher may, after informing the user where possible, suspend or close the account concerned, without prejudice to its other rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules. Consumers may use a consumer mediation scheme or the European online dispute resolution platform.
