Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the publisher of the TranzHelp website and any user subscribing to a paid plan. Subscribing to a plan implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

1. Purpose

TranzHelp is an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering that provides information and analysis of financial data relating to the equity and cryptocurrency markets. The service gives access to prices, risk indicators, news feeds and tone indicators, for information purposes only.

2. Payment provider

The service is published and sold directly by the publisher of TranzHelp. Payments are processed on its behalf by our payment services provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Applicable value-added tax (VAT) is calculated and collected at the time of payment, then declared and remitted by the publisher, where applicable through the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme for sales within the European Union. Displayed prices are inclusive of all taxes.

The publisher is the registered seller for all transactions and issues the corresponding invoices, made available to the user from their customer area. The processing of payment data is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. The publisher never has access to the user's full payment-card details.

3. Nature of the service, no investment advice

The information, analyses, scores, indicators and content published on TranzHelp are provided for information and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a personalised recommendation, a solicitation, an offer or an inducement to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or crypto-asset.

TranzHelp is not a financial investment adviser and is not registered as such with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) or any other regulatory authority. The service provides no advisory service within the meaning of applicable regulations.

The user acknowledges being solely responsible for their investment decisions and the transactions they carry out. All investment carries a risk of capital loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for any financial loss, loss of profit, or direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service, from decisions taken on the basis of the information published, or from any error, delay, interruption or inaccuracy in the data feeds supplied by third-party vendors or from any technical malfunction.

4. Prices and payment

The service is offered as subscriptions with no minimum commitment, billed either monthly or annually, at the following price (all taxes included): Pro plan, €6.90 / month or €69 / year. The annual subscription is roughly equivalent to ten monthly payments (i.e. two months free).

A 7-day free trial may be offered at sign-up: it can be cancelled at any time before it ends, with no charge whatsoever.

Payment is made using the methods offered by Stripe at the time of subscription. The subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen), by automatic charge, until it is cancelled.

The publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time; new prices apply only to subsequent subscription periods and after the user has been informed.

5. Term and cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time, in one click, from their member area (or via the management portal provided by Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period already paid for: access to the service is maintained until that date, with no further renewal.

No pro-rata refund is due for the current period, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By subscribing and immediately accessing the service, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal as soon as they first access the digital content.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Payment data is processed by our payment services provider Stripe.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules. Consumers may use a consumer mediation scheme or the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
